App
The full finance desk: invoicing, expenses, recurring, cost centers and profitability.
To bill a piece of work with its numbering, its VAT and its record.
So the project cost does not stay in a drawer.
To stop guessing which client is worth the trouble.
To reach the quarter with the figures squared and no rework.
Issue an invoice, in three steps.
Press the “+” button on the window bar.
Pick the client: tax number, address and currency arrive from the client record.
Build the lines and, if it helps, charge the invoice to a project or a cost center.
The Finance steps, one by one, are in the manual.
Read the Finance manualInvoicing, getting paid, logging expenses and knowing whether a job made money usually ends up split between an invoicing program, an expense sheet and somebody’s memory. Finance brings the three together in the same place where your projects, hours and clients already live, so a project’s margin comes from data that is already inside and not from copying it by hand.
You issue an invoice with its numbering, its VAT and its record; you mark as paid the ones that get paid; and what is left pending is, truly, what nobody has paid. Payment reminders can go out on their own at 1, 7 and 15 days after the due date, with the invoice link in the email to your client.
For agencies, studios, consultancies and small teams that invoice by project or by the hour and want to keep operational accounting without setting up an ERP. Also for anyone who invoices from a spreadsheet today and loses track when chasing payments or working out which client is worth it.
Issue invoices from the client’s detail, assign them to a project or a cost center, and turn the hours logged on a project into an invoice: a draft comes out that you review and issue when it adds up.
Log expenses with their receipt and category, record supplier invoices with their tax ID and VAT amount, and drag supplier PDFs into the inbox so they are read in bulk: you correct the table, and until you press the register button nothing touches your accounts.
Split what each area bills and what it costs with cost centers, and prepare the quarter’s VAT: the summary calculates output VAT, input VAT and the result, lets you look up the 347 and 349 returns by year and downloads a ZIP for your accountant.
The profitability screen compares, by project and by client, the cost of the hours plus expenses against what was invoiced, and sorts by margin so what loses money comes first. It starts on the calendar year: change the range before reading a figure.
An issued invoice is not deleted: while it is unpaid it is voided, and once paid it is corrected with a credit note. The optional invoicing ledger keeps a chained record of every issued invoice that nobody can rewrite, but it only writes that chain: it sends nothing to the tax agency. And the tax figures are an aid for preparing the returns, not a filing made on your behalf.
