Extension of Workforce
What the company holds about you, and only you see it: your record —which you correct yourself—, your salary, your time off and the holiday balance you have left, and the projects you are on. It is the other side of Workforce: what HR sees of the whole team, seen by the person it belongs to.
To get paid and taxed on the right details, without asking anybody.
To know how many days you have left, without seeing anybody else’s.
To keep the legal record of working time without a paper notebook.
Complete your own record, in three steps.
Your record is yours even if you manage nobody: your details and your time off.
While a basic detail is missing, four areas stay shut, and the notice says which one is missing, what it is needed for and what opens once it is in.
Each missing detail is a link to its field below: it takes you there and leaves the focus on it.
The Employee portal steps, one by one, are in the manual.
Read the Employee portal manualAn employee should not have to ask anyone for their holiday balance or their data. The Employee portal is what the organization holds about you and only you see: your detail, your salary, your time off and your projects. And clocking your working day.
For every person on the staff. Your detail is yours even if you have nobody reporting to you, and nobody else sees what is in it.
Complete your detail with the right data for getting paid and for contributions. While a basic piece of data is missing, four areas stay closed, and the notice says which one is missing, what it is needed for and what opens when you add it; each missing piece of data is a link to the field, which takes you there and leaves the focus on it.
Check your salary, at the very top and with the word “gross” in the label: it is what was agreed per year, before withholding and contributions.
See your time-off balance for the year and your requests with their status —pending, approved or rejected—, and see the projects whose team you are part of. And clock in: “Clock in”, “Pause” and “Resume”, “Clock out”; the day is listed below, clock-in by clock-in.
Clocking in is not logging time: here you say when you were present, and the hours on a project are logged in Time. A clock-in is neither edited nor deleted: it stays in the record, chained to the previous one by a fingerprint, and is rectified with another that says which one it corrects and why. Requesting new time off is still done in Workforce, and what the organization sets —your salary— is not touched from here: whoever looks after the people changes it.

Employee portal is an extension of Workforce: it lives inside its card in the Store and is installed with it, not on its own.
